BackgroundOur CBVA Junior Program is a dedicated program aimed at children aged between 5 and 17, to support the next generation of beach volleyball players.The program has been especially designed by our professional coaching team, focussing on developing skills, teamwork, and game understanding in a fun and supportive environment, tailored to each age group’s abilities and progression.OperationsIf a junior player is enrolled in the CBVA Junior Program, they must inform the Junior Program Training Coordinator of their intended participation in adult training sessions.The suitability of a junior player for adult training will be assessed by CBVA coaches based on skill level, physical development, and safety considerations.Junior players may then register for adult training sessions with parental/guardian consent.Junior players who receive approval to attend adult training sessions should book and pay for the session through the booking platform.CBVA Coaches must ensure that junior player are provided with a safe and inclusive training environment in accordance with CBVA’s Child Safety Policy.CommunicationParents/Guardians of junior players are expected to:Discuss with CBVA coaches whether adult training is suitable for their child.CBVA coaches are expected to:Notify the Junior Program Training Coordinator if a junior player has enrolled/participated in one of their classes without prior informed consent.Hold a valid WWCC
